About Us
______________________________________

History:
I have been creating handwoven pieces for 26 years. Through
the years my works have been displayed in "The White House", won
awards for Best of Show and many other honors. I display my
weavings at many juried shows and museums throughout the USA.
My weaving is free-handed as I sit at my loom, therefore my colors,
designs and sizes vary, but all are in the traditional flavor and
each one is unique. I also reproduce antique rugs, and was
honored when one of my reproductions was chosen to be in Early
American Life Magazines' side by side display. I have been
judged "one of the Best Craftsman" in the United States by Early
American Life magazine many times. My weavings have been
featured in many magazines: Colonial Homes, County Home, Country
Living and Early American Life.
Education:
I Graduated from Ohio State University with a
B.S. in Human Ecology. My love of working with fibers led me
to teach sewing and design for many years, then on to teaching
quilting using traditional methods.
Other Points of Interest:
My husband and I have raised three
wonderful children, two of which help in the business. John,
my youngest son warps the looms, and travels around the country
displaying my weavings at shows. Andy, my oldest son weaves,
and aids in color coordination.
Judy Robinson is weaving rugs on one of our antique hand and foot
powered looms.
John Robinson, Judy's youngest son is pricing table runners in one
of Judy's workshops.
